(We know it’s difficult scrolling through listings and knowing if that place will have everything you need, but if you’re looking for a stress-free stay where you and yours can either lounge AND/OR play, this is your spot!) (proof provided upon request) ❄️ CLIMATE CONTROL: central heat & air 🔥 FIREPLACE: Guests may use the gas fireplace in the winter season. 🚗 PARKING: There's a large parking lot just outside the condo with space for 2 vehicles. The boat ramp is just around the front side of the building. *boat slip rental is not included and must be rented separately. AMENITIES & LAKE USE: Upon booking, you'll need to provide your email address to receive all the info & mobile key access for your amenities (listed below). There will also be a link included to register your vehicle for parking and your boat in advance to rent a boat slip during your stay. Mariner's Landing Resort at Smith Mountain Lake has consistently been rated the best at SML. The resort is large and though it is walkable, we recommend driving 2-3 min to amenities located throughout the resort. This condo is located on a cove and is known for being the quieter section of Mariner's Landing, away from the larger crowds at the Pointe. From walking trails, golf, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, arcade room, pickleball and tennis, you'll have access to so many amenities. Rent a boat slip, play some golf, sit on the beach, soak in the hot tub. You can find the perfect combination of activity and relaxation for your getaway. Cook meals in, carry them out, or dine out. You've got all the options at your fingertips. You're only 10 minutes from a state park, too!
